Job Description: UI Designer Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days per week) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong research capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for translating complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences. Key Responsibilities Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirements Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that communicate design solutions clearly Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to inform design decisions Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams Stay up to date on UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends Required Qualifications 3+ years of Ui design experience (enterprise or product environment preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and end-to-end UX process Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.) Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS tools Experience conducting user research and usability testing Ability to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints Excellent communication and presentation skills Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for large-scale enterprise applications Familiarity with Agile methodologies Knowledge of React or Angular Experience contributing to or building design systems Why Join Us?
